Yes, The Overlook at Keystone Canyon offers a variety of lease term options. Standard leases range from 12 to 16 months, and shorter-term options may be available. Contact our leasing team to discuss the best fit for your needs. 

Security deposits are based on credit and screening approval and is $500 OAC. The application fee is $55 per adult and is non-refundable. The admin/tech fee is $150. Additional move-in fees may apply, such a pet deposits or fees. Our team will walk you through all costs clearly before you sign a lease. 

Your monthly rent at The Overlook at Keystone Canyon includes

Utilities are billed by usage.

Scheduling a tour is easy! You can book a tour online through our assistant on the lower right corner, or by calling or texting our leasing office at 775-204-8236. Same-day tours are often available. 

You can apply online through our Apply Now page. Simply select your desired floor plan and move-in date, create an applicant profile, and complete the secure application form. Our leasing team is happy to help if you have questions during the process.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community and welcome both cats and dogs. We know pets are part of the family, and we're happy to provide a home for them too. 

Yes, the pet rent is $25 per month per pet. 

For one pet, the pet deposit (refundable) is $250 and the pet fee is $100 (non-refundable). 

For two pets, the pet deposit (refundable) is $450 and the pet fee is $150 (non-refundable). 

Yes! We offer pet-friendly amenities such as an on-site dog park, pet spa, pet relief areas. We also have direct access to the Keystone Trailhead for wonderful walking and hiking trails. 

Residents at The Overlook at Keystone Canyon enjoy access to the resort-like pool, fitness center, clubhouse, lounge areas, business center, outdoor grills, bocce court, cornhole, and pet spa. Our amenities are designed to support your lifestyle—whether you’re relaxing, working from home, or staying active.

Yes, we offer carports, private garages, and open resident and guest parking. Each apartment home comes with an assigned carport. Garages are available to rent depending on availability. 

Yes! Our community includes a resort-style swimming pool, modern 24-hour fitness center with a yoga room, and a resident clubhouse available to rent for events! 

We offer secure package storage with Luxer One lockers in our on-site package room. Residents have secured access to the package room 24 hours a day. 

Our community is conveniently located near University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), Renown Regional Medical Center, Towles Elementary School, Clayton Middle School, McQueen High School, making commuting easy.

We're also close to the Keystone Trailheads, Rancho San Rafael Park, Rancho San Rafael Nature Trail, and Reno Softball Complex to enjoy outdoor activities and nature. 

The Overlook at Keystone Canyon is located near a variety of shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences, including Safeway, Savemart, Beach Hut Deli, Sushi 7, Squeeze In, The Blind Onion, and Old World Coffee. 

Our community is located in Northwest Reno, a vibrant area know for scenic surrounding, nature walks, mountain biking trails, city views, and community events like Wolf Pack games, Dragon Lights, and the Great Reno Balloon Race.
