Yes, the pet rent is $25 per month per pet.  

For one pet, the pet deposit (refundable) is $250, and the pet fee is $100 (non-refundable).  

For two pets, the pet deposit (refundable) is $450, and the pet fee is $150 (non-refundable).   

We're located just 10 minutes from the University of Nevada, Reno campus.

Yes, every apartment includes assigned covered parking. There is also open resident and guest parking. Detached garages are also available for an additional fee.

Yes, every apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Yes, The Overlook at Keystone Canyon features brand-new, modern apartments with the latest smart home technology.

We offer a selection of spacious floor plans, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Each layout is designed to provide comfort, style, and functionality. You can view current availability and pricing on our Floor Plans page.  

Scheduling a tour is easy! You can book a tour online through our virtual or by calling or texting our leasing office at (775) 204-8236. Same-day tours are typically available.   

You can easily apply online here. Select your desired floor plan and move-in date, create an applicant profile, and complete the secure application form. Our leasing team is happy to help with any questions you have during the process.  

Residents at The Overlook at Keystone Canyon enjoy access to the resort-like pool, fitness center, clubhouse, lounge areas, business center, outdoor grills, bocce court, cornhole, and pet spa. Our amenities are designed to support your lifestyle, whether you’re relaxing, working from home, or staying active.  

Yes! Our community includes a resort-style swimming pool, modern 24-hour fitness center with a yoga room, and a resident clubhouse available to rent for events! 

We offer secure package storage in our on-site package room using Luxer One lockers. Residents have secured access to the package room 24 hours a day. 

Our community is conveniently located near University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), Renown Regional Medical Center, Towles Elementary School, Clayton Middle School, McQueen High School, making commuting easy.

We're also close to the Keystone Trailheads, Rancho San Rafael Park, Rancho San Rafael Nature Trail, and Reno Softball Complex to enjoy outdoor activities and nature. 

The Overlook at Keystone Canyon is located near a variety of shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences, including Safeway, Savemart, Beach Hut Deli, Sushi 7, Squeeze In, The Blind Onion, and Old World Coffee. 

Our community is located in Northwest Reno, a vibrant area known for scenic surroundings, nature walks, mountain biking trails, city views, and community events like Wolf Pack games, Dragon Lights, and the Great Reno Balloon Race.
